Consultation

I offfer a free 30-minute online consultation for new clients, to discuss your needs & requirements from our relationship. Any time beyond 30 minutes will be charged at my standard rate of £45ph.

These consultations are typically done via video call, but I might be able to accommodate an in-person meeting depending on my schedule.

I have packages for clients who'd like to work together on a more ongoing basis:

- 3 hours/week: £500 per calendar month

- 5 hours/week: £820 pcm

- 10 hours/week: £1550 pcm

(all plus expenses)

Any work outside of our contracted hours is carried out at £40 per hour, but is always subject to my availability.

Ad Hoc Work

My typical rate for ad hoc work is £45 per hour plus expenses.

Ad hoc work is subject to my availability as I prioritise clients with ongoing packages.

You may opt for ad hoc work if you'd like to test that our working styles are compatible, or if you need my help for short-term projects lasting less than a month!

Sliding Scale

I have some availability for sliding scale appointments, and prioritise social justice initiatives and non-profits.

The Logistics

I accept payment via bank transfer, cash or cheque. All payments must be received in advance of the work being carried out.

My expenses may include: travel costs, international phonecalls, accommodation costs when visiting sites outside of London, and specialist software.

To make things easier for us both, I prefer to start all contracts from the first of the month - if we begin working together mid-month, I'll charge for the remainder of the month on a pro rata basis. I require a 1-month commitment for all packages, and payment must be made on or before the first of every month.
