Most of my services are virtual, but I also have use of an office space in Central London (W1) where we can meet in person to discuss your needs. I'm also happy to travel to your workplace for anything that requires in-person interaction with you, your clients or your employees, or to travel to view event spaces or to meet with vendors when needed.

I also have experience with international clients, and am happy to offer my services internationally - of course, subject to time differences!

Administrative Support & Scheduling

I offer efficient administrative support that frees up your valuable time and keeps things running smoothly  - whether that involves keeping your inbox up to date, responding to customer & employee queries, keeping on top of your schedule, or minute taking in meetings.

I'm also happy to communicate directly with employees (and volunteers) and organise shift changes, work distribution, and team meetings.

Event & Travel Planning

From the work Christmas party and teambuilding activities to fundraiser events and conferences, I can help to organise your events - big or small! This could include location sourcing, arranging food and drinks vendors, decorations, keeping on top of guestlists & RSVPs, organising entertainment, budgeting, and more.

I can also help to organise every step of your travel itinerary - whether for business or pleasure - so all you need to do is show up at the airport or train station and be ready to go.

Workplace Management

I can help to organise cleaning and maintenance of your workspace, advise on new furniture/decor, and research and shortlist new workplace opportunities that suit your needs.

 

I'm also happy to liaise with contractors, designers and tech support, and take care of any boring administrative and bureaucratic stuff involved with setting up or maintaining a workspace.

Marketing & Social Media

From copywriting to maintaining your social media presence, I can help to make your business even more marketable & keep clientele engaged and informed. I can arrange photoshoots and marketing events, promote events and products on social media, and work alongside SEO providers to get your business or organisation noticed.

Bookkeeping & Expenses

I'm not an accountant, but I always make sure to keep track of all of the expenses and outgoings incurred whilst we work together, so that when it comes time for your annual tax return it's as easy and smooth a process as a tax return can be! I can liaise directly with you or your accountant so that all the information you need is right there in front of you.
