Virtual Assistant
About Me
Your Reliable, Inclusive Virtual Assistant
Hi, I'm Emma!

I have 7+ years experience as an administrative assistant. Being the 'organised' friend, I began by doing favours for friends - helping them to keep on top of their inboxes, schedules, websites, and social media. Soon I began organising events, arranging business trips, and liasing between clients, employees, and customers. I formally became a freelance virtual assistant in 2016.

My previous and current clients include social justice organisations, non-profits, freelancers, sole traders, start-ups, small businesses, creative endeavours, and individuals.
My Ethos
My services are LGBTQIA- and trans-inclusive. I'm also disability-informed and have worked with many clients with varying accessibility needs. I'm experienced in finding event venues and workspaces which are accessible to wheelchair users and those with hearing or sight impairments, as well as those with other accessibility needs. I always tailor my communication styles to my client's needs and believe in finding a way to work together that works best for you.

I pride myself on my professionalism and organisational skills, but also on my familiarity - I believe in crafting close relationships not only with my clients but also with any of their clients, customers and employees I might come into contact with. A friendly and familiar working relationship is the key to getting things done!

I'm somewhat of a perfectionist, and I like to think I've got a keen eye for style and finesse. I notice the small things, even when others might not.
